Homer City, Pennsylvania
Homer City is a small town in Indiana County that is fighting a corporation attempting to put a massive data center in their back yards. The proposed plant and warehouse(s) will be larger than the entire town, and county leaders and government have not indicated any intentions to stop the project. After attending an informational meeting, I felt the need to document my walk of the town. I had driven through and past it hundreds of times while attending college, but never properly explored its landscape until this trip.
